April 2006 Release - Feature Details

After a successful February 2006 release of WebCOBRA.com, Travis Software now gives you the April 2006 release. The April 2006 release is smaller and focuses much more on Archiving and Reporting perspective. Below you'll find 4 highlights of the new release.

QB & Employee Archiving

The ability to archive both QBs and Employees as of a specific termination date has now been added with the April '06 release. You're in control of your data-size with Archiving. Now with April '06 it's easy for you to archive old participants and employees, and the system even warns you if you should keep them around! Unarchiving QBs or Employees as needed is also available.

Updated Look & Feel of all Reports

Reports have an all new look and feel to them with April '06! The reports have been sped up with the integration of Microsoft SQL Server 2005. You also now have the ability to drill down within all the reports, sort them however you need to as well as export them 6 different ways! Export your reports to PDF, Excel, XML, CVS (comma delimited), etc.

Premium Disbursements

Disburse premiums to the Sponsor/Carrier, Client/Employer or don't disburse premiums at all—the user chooses! Premium Disbursements were first introduced with the February '06 release and now have been enhanced even further with the April '06 release. The ability to select where the premiums are disbursed to is now available per benefit plan within WebCOBRA.com—check out the April '06 release for this new feature!

Report Groupings

The April '06 release increases productivity by letting users instantly run reports for the Client/Employers that they own instead of reselecting them time and time again. Reports can now be grouped according to which Client/Employer the user "owns". With the February '06 release, Ownership of Client/Employers was added to WebCOBRA.com and Travis Software has taken it a step further with the April '06 release by adding this ownership to filter through to the newly enhanced reporting capabilities.
