The system will also be changed as a result of Enhancement Requests by users. These suggestions are treated as the most valuable ideas for improvement we could ever receive, and every effort is made to include user suggestions in new releases. If you have any suggestions, please let us know.
Any Downtime?
No... for all new WebCOBRA.com releases, WebCOBRA.com's staff completes the upgrade of the system and user data in non-peak times, so that once a new release is implemented the user will realize all of its advantages the first time they log in afterward.
New releases of Internet-based systems are remarkably easy to implement. There's no need to distribute new software to users, or for users to go through the (sometimes painful) software and data upgrade process.
The current release of WebCOBRA.com is Version 4.5 (as of March, 2008). New versions are typically released quarterly, or more frequently if needed.
