An Employee record may be transferred to a Qualified Beneficiary (QB) record and the system will automatically generate the COBRA Election Notice, Enrollment form and other applicable forms to the QB. The system will track the COBRA election period and generate all related correspondence to the QB. If a QB elects COBRA coverage, the system will track and take them through the entire COBRA coverage period while generating premium notices/coupons, rate change letters and other related correspondence. In addition, if the QB is eligible for state continuation, the system will track and take them through the entire length of the state continuation period. Active Employee records are also stored along with dependent data and WebCOBRA.com automatically prints the COBRA General Notice for these employee and dependent records

QB or Employee Data Storage

Active Employee records are stored and the COBRA General Notice is generated for these records. Stores the QB (Qualified Beneficiary) which is either the person(s) who lost coverage, and/or their dependents. Stores a QB Group, which is typically the family members who were previously covered. Extensive identification of records -- SSN, QBID, Employee ID. All personal data is stored. Has the capacity for unlimited addresses, phone numbers for an individual record. Complete COBRA/HIPAA Correspondence

COBRA Election Notice along with Enrollment forms and many other letters is generated for each QB. Each QB in the QB Group can receive full correspondence. Document storage and retrieval feature gives quick access to any letter previously generated for a QB. Emailing of correspondence to the QB is available. Spanish and English letters are offered. Certificate of Creditable Coverage (required by HIPAA) generated automatically.
