Live Backups of Data

Since the inception of WebCOBRA On Demand in 2004, Travis Software Corp. has always been proactive with data recovery, incorporating a thorough disaster recovery plan.

The WebCOBRA feature LiveBackup allows individual Administrators to request data restoration to a specified backup time (in 15 minute increments). For example, if a user incorrectly performs a Rate Change and prints the Rate Change letters for thousands of participants, you can request to have your data restored and effectively remove the erroneous records, minimizing the loss of productivity. Travis may impose a restoration fee for this service.
