Available reports vary from a summary of information to detailed audits, depending on your need, and can easily be filtered by date range, or other specific criteria. All reports can be printed and/or exported several ways, including to PDF, Excel, XML, or CVS (comma delimited) format. Ad-Hoc Reports also allow the easy and quick creation of custom lists.

Client/Employer Reports
Some Client/Employer Reports include:
- Active Listing - Lists all active QBs by Client/Employer.
- QB Termination - Lists terminated QBs, typically within a specific date range.
- Certificate of Mailing - Provides a form acceptable for validation by the US Postal Service, noting which letters were mailed to QBs. An issue of rising importance in certain courts.
- Election Notices - Reports all notifications received from Client/Employers concerning new QBs entered via the WebCOBRA On Demand website or via use of the Import Module.
Qualified Beneficiary Reports
Some QB Reports include:
- Benefit Plan Listing - Sorts QBs by each benefit plan in which they are participating or have been offered.
- QB Detail - Complete activity log/history on each QB, showing qualifying event dates, payment and enrollment status, dependents, and benefit plans.
- QB Status - Lists QBs by enrollment status (Notified, Enrolled but not yet paying, and Enrolled).
- QB Payment - Shows premium payments received within a specified time frame for each QB.
Premium Accounting Reports
- Premium Receipt - Details all premiums received from QBs, showing premium period covered, date payment was received, benefit plans included in payment, and next premium due date.
- Premium Reconciliation - Designed to account for and balance all premium dollars received from QBs, showing premium payment amounts and to what periods those payments applied, including whether premiums are underpaid or overpaid.
Ad-Hoc Reporting Engine
- Ability to create and save customized reports.
- Client/Employers can login to create their own reports in real time.
ARRA Premium Subsidy Reports
Some ARRA Premium Subsidy Reports include:
- ARRA Audit - Displays total premium received per QB, split into AEI and ARRA Premium Subsidy portions.
- ARRA IRS Report - Displays Attributable ARRA Premium Subsidy amounts based on entry date of related premium payments.
- Premium Reduction Summary - Displays ARRA Premium Subsidy amounts as applied to QB records.
- Premium Reduction Summary by Payment - Displays ARRA Premium Subsidy amounts in relation to AEI payments received.
