WebCOBRA provides an alternative to software that must be installed on in-house computers and networks. With WebCOBRA, each user may access the service at home, at the office, or on the road with any web browser that runs Windows, Mac, Linux, Unix, or a combination of each. The benefits of WebCOBRA are provided through a monthly subscription fee, with no additional purchase of software necessary.

Third-Party Administrators
Self-Administering Employers

Third-Party Administrators (“TPAs”)

  • Log-in ability anytime at any location.
  • An efficient and easy-to-follow Wizard that allows users to enter data, such as Qualifying Beneficiaries (QBs), QB groups (typically families), and premium payments.
  • Allows importation of QBs from your own client list or claims system.
  • Automatically generates "packets" of letters that can be saved and printed at your convenience when QBs are entered into the system with a qualified event.
  • Fully-customizable letter templates and PDF files are available.
  • View all information for the clients you administer (depending on the user’s rights within the system), including letters generated, status of any QB, and various reports.
Client/Employer Logins
    TPAs can provide each Client/Employer their own login to WebCOBRA. Client/Employer logins can be limited to view-only or have access to add QBs and Employees. Each Client/Employer is able to access their company information and create reports.
QB Logins
    QBs can access their information directly in WebCOBRA. They can view their status, upcoming deadlines for sending Enrollment Forms or Premium Payments, account balance/premium amounts, and make online payments (if enabled).

Self-Administering Employers

  • Easy-to-follow Wizard steps and an intuitive setup simplify functions such as adding QBs, printing letters, and processing payments.
  • Create detailed reports and view all information for QBs, including complete activity log/history and current QB status.
  • Customize the WebCOBRA website and any letters sent to QBs with company logo and colors.
QB Logins
    QBs may access their information directly in WebCOBRA. Each QB can be allowed to view their status, upcoming deadlines for sending Enrollment Forms or Premium Payments, account balance/premium amounts, and make online payments.
