TPA/COBRA Administrators

  • TPA COBRA Administrators using WebCOBRA.com login any time, anywhere they are
  • Users can enter new Qualifying Beneficiaries (QBs) and QB Groups (typically families), or premium payments
  • Download them from their clients or from their own claim system
  • Once QBs who have had qualifying events are entered into the system, WebCOBRA.com will send a "packet" of letters, to the user, to be printed on a printer and time of their choice
  • Users view all information for the clients they administer (depending on the rights they have in the system), including letters generated, status of any QB, and summary reports of their own format and choosing
Client/Employer Logins
  • TPAs can grant Client/Employers their own login to WebCOBRA.com
  • Logins can be view only or they can be granted access to add QBs and Employees
  • Client/Employers can run reports and answer their own questions
